2) This product is in accordance with national latest accuracy standard

selected from home and broad equipped ensures force cutting. The heavy
duty table, dynamic and static high accuracy make safer movement,
longer expectancy and higher efficiency possible. Hard alloy and ceramic
tools are applicable, and rough and finishing cut can be done on ferrous
and nonferrous metal, as well as other nonmetal material.
3) The table and its base are of symmetrical and complete casting,
the spindle is fitted with high precision double-row short cylinder
roller bearing, constant flow and static pressure slide way provided
for table guarantees higher rotating accuracy, sufficient hardness,
intensity and heat stability.
4) The hydro part of this lathe is installed with Taiwan-made hydraulic
variable displacement pump, gear pump, throttling valve and relief
valve. Italian VIVOIL synchronous flow dividing motor employed on
constant flow and static pressure of the table makes the hydro distribution
work stable and reliable.
5) Electrical part is controlled by Japanese Mitsubishi PLC which
is working with higher stability and longer life expectancy, and reducing
the control components, along with breakdown.
6) The main tool-post works with Japanese Sony digital display device
which improve machining accuracy, save measuring time and increase
